Shipping policy
The trust and satisfaction of our customers are very important to us.
For this reason, we always try to ship orders within 24 hours.
Delivery times generally vary between 7 and 15 days depending on the destination.
Delays of 3 to 7 days may occur during holidays.

If the customer accidentally places an order with an incomplete address
If the address is incomplete, we will contact the customer by email to request the correct address. If the customer does not respond, any delivery delay will be the customer's responsibility.
If the customer is not available during delivery
Delivery may fail for the following reasons:
- Absence during delivery
- Incorrect delivery address
- Incorrect contact information
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.
After the first failed delivery attempt, the customer will be notified and will have 7 working days to pick up the order from the warehouse.
If the package is not collected in time, we are not responsible if the warehouse or courier destroys the order.
The customer may request a refund of up to 70%.
If the customer rejects the order during delivery
If the order is rejected during delivery, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
